About the art
Over time, I have cultivated my own unique style, mixing Celtic revival with art nouveau and adding sculpted mediums and shadows to break free of the two dimension world and provide a visual experience that can also be enjoyed by the visually impaired.
An art work can take anywhere from 4 months to well over a year to complete.
Why so long, you might ask?
Every Celtic work of mine has been originally designed, this can take time to get the knots and woven story to work correctly.
I freehand draft the design using pencil on paper, and rarely use the grid method of construction.
I do not use computers or electronic drawing aids.
*There is absolutely NO AI involvement in my creation process. Celtic art is steep in culture and history, this is something AI can not understand, nor get right, often resembling spaghetti vomit.
